A note from Nate
Hi, I'm Nate. I started Manifest because the people I cared about most were going through real things like career changes, passion projects, health stuff, life changes, and I kept finding out too late to help. The moment had passed by the time I knew. I wanted that to stop.
Manifest is in alpha. The company is small. We're bootstrapped, which means cash is tight and equity is the real currency. If you join now, you're not joining a polished thing. You're joining a small group of people trying to build something that matters, inside a structure that doesn't allow us to compromise the people who trust us with their goals.
I'm not hiring for headcount. I'm hiring for the kind of person who thinks about second-order effects, who'd rather ship one thing well than three things noisy, who reads our Doctrine and thinks "yes, that's how I'd want to build too."
