Who can apply
Four kinds of Ally
If people already come to you to get better at something, you might be an Ally. Allies come in four shapes.

Coaches, mentors, advisors, teachers. You bring specific expertise to a single goal.

Structured accountability programs, courses with a real teacher, coaching cohorts. A defined container with a clear scope.

Groups with a shared focus, online or down the street. Run clubs, climbing gyms, maker spaces, alumni chapters, church groups, subreddits, Discords, forums. Local counts as much as online.

Vetted service providers with a team behind them. A career coaching service, a money planning firm, a clinic. For when a goal needs an organization, not one person.
The bar
We vet every Ally before they appear
Members trust this directory, so we keep that trust earned. Before you are listed, we confirm three things.
- Who you are. We verify your identity.
- What you claim. We check the expertise you say you bring.
- How you treat people. We look for a real track record of treating clients well.
We remove Allies who stop meeting that bar. That protection works in your favor too. A vetted directory is one members actually invite from.
What it means to be an Ally
Members invite you in, and only into the goal
The same rules that protect members protect the relationship you build with them.
- Members invite you. You cannot add yourself to anyone’s goal.
- You see only that goal. Not their other goals, their circles, their contacts, or anything else on their account.
- They can remove you anytime. Access ends the moment they do.
- The relationship is yours. Manifest does not sit in the middle of it, take a cut of your work, or sell anyone’s data.

Is there a fee to apply or be listed?
Applying is always free. Being listed as a verified Manifest Ally has an annual fee, but we are waiving it while Manifest is in alpha, so early Allies join at no cost. Separately, if you charge for your own services, that is between you and the member. Manifest does not take a cut of that work.
How long does vetting take?
It depends on volume and on what we need to confirm. We will keep you posted, and we will only list you once you have cleared the bar.
What can I see about a member?
Only what they share inside the specific goal they invite you to. Nothing else on their account.
Can a member remove me?
Yes, anytime. Access ends immediately. The relationship is theirs to control, by design.
Is the Ally directory live yet?
Manifest is in alpha and the directory is rolling out. Applying now gets you in early.
